Appellate Law is a specialized area of practice managed by our partner, Brian P. Worthington, who is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, that determines what judgments from the Trial Court are appealable, how the appeals are brought before the Appellate Court, the process for reversing a decision from the Trial Court and the procedures each party must follow. Mr. Worthington’s extensive experience in appellate work is reflected in crafting high quality briefs and presenting persuasive oral argument.
