Breach of Contract

Contracts are an important key to the success of our business clients. Most business disputes occur when there is a breach of contract claim by one of the parties. Our goal is to assist our business clients review contracts and subcontracts to ensure they are fully protected. Contracts can take various forms such as breach of partnership agreements, shareholder disputes, breach of employment agreements, lease disputes, breach of purchase and sale agreements, breach of warranty actions, breach of promissory notes and general commercial litigation. The primary difficulty in litigating these types of breach of contract cases is that attorney’s fees are non-recoverable unless the contract specifically provides for recovery of legal fees by the prevailing party.
