Defense Motion for Summary Judgment Granted in Auto Accident

Managing Partner, Norman A. Ryan, and Associate, Allison C. Schneider, successfully had their Motion for Summary Judgment granted in action for personal injuries arising out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred when our client’s vehicle, loaned to Defendant and operated by her son, a nonpermissive user, crashed head-on into a van transporting Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs alleged negligence which our client denied. Summary judgment was granted on the grounds that Plaintiffs could not, and did not, meet their burden of proof that our client was negligent.
