Plaintiff alleged Defendants left her bathroom floor in an unsafe condition, with no warnings, resulting in her trip and fall and alleged she sustained severe ankle and foot injuries which would require multiple surgeries.

Discovery revealed Plaintiff’s history of similar injuries and significant causation and comparative fault issues further reduced her recovery. Plaintiff’s demand was $703,545.68
and the matter settled globally for $37,500 of which our client’s settlement was $12,500.
