Plaintiffs File Wrongful Death Lawsuit in Double Fatality Motorcycle Accident

Plaintiffs file a wrongful death lawsuit arising out of an accident between decedents’ motorcycle and our clients’ tractor-trailer, arguing our clients were responsible for the accident. Despite the potential for significant exposure, through thorough investigation and discovery, we were able to settle this case for $8,000 on behalf of our clients. Click here for more information.
