Plaintiff contended that Defendant was negligent in causing a motor vehicle accident resulting in injury. Defendant denied liability and asserted that Plaintiff failed to keep a proper lookout while making a left-hard turn from a private driveway where Defendant had already established the right of way. Matter submitted to arbitration and Plaintiff found to be responsible for causing the accident with no proof of negligence on the part of Defendant.
